Jobs In Telangana Zonal System lacalities 95% of posts are reserved for locals, 5 % for Non Locals
Giving 95 % of reservations to locals in Telangana state government jobs, 29th State of India, Telangana state has got new zonal system.
After Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi cleared new telangana zonal system a few days ago,
President of India Shri Ramanth Kovind ji gave his assent for new zones for the state india’s youngest telangan on Wednesday 29 Aug 2018.
The Ministry of Home Affairs issued gazette notification on Thursday.

KCR News on Telangana Zonal System(24 May 2018 – Thursday)
Hon’ble Chief Minister Sri K. Chandrashekar Rao has decided that there shall be 7 (Seven) Zones and 2 (Two) Multi zones as a part of Zonal system in Telangana State on a high-level review meeting on these proposals at Pragathi Bhavan on Thursday forenoon
The zones and multi zones have been finalized and have been announced by the Chief Minister.
Following are the zones and multi zones with the population details
The New Zonal and Multi Zonal districts is TS
7 Zones In Telangana
Telangana Zone 1 Kaleshwaram
- Kumram Bheem Asifabad,
- Jayashankar Bhupalapally districts
Total population of Kaleshwaram Zone 1 is : Approx 28,29,615 lakh
Telangana Zone 2 Basara (Basar)
- Jagtial districts
Total population of Basar Zone 2 is : Approx 39,74,829 lakh
Telangana Zone 3 Rajanna
- Rajanna Siricilla,
- Medak districts
Total population of Rajanna Zone 3 is : Approx 43,09,866 lakh
Telangana Zone 4 Bhadradri
- Bhadradri Kothagudem,
- Warangal Urban,
- Warangal Rural districts
Total population of Bhadradri Zone 4 is : Approx 50,44,844 lakh
Telangana Zone 5 Yadadri
- Yadadri Bhuvanagiri,

Telangana Zonal System Meeting Highlight’s
The CM held a high-level review meeting on these proposals at Pragathi Bhavan on Thursday forenoon. The zones and multi zones have been finalized and have been announced by the Chief Minister.

Announcing this in a review meeting the CM said that the Zonal and Multi Zonal system has been formulated to benefit the employees of Telangana as well as to see that the earlier injustices in the United State are not repeated.
The CM KCR said that the decision of the Government is in tune with providing adequate benefits to those living in their local areas and also against the backdrop of formation of small districts.
” the new telangana zonal system move will enable existing employees to get promotions early as well as provide job opportunities to the youth(locals), simply employees recruitment for LOCALS
Following the formation of Telangana State and subsequent reorganization of districts raising their number to 31 it has become all the necessary to reorganize the zonal system also. Against this background employees and teachers associations who met the Chief Minister KCR have submitted their proposals on the formation of zonal system.
It has been agreed that a meeting will be held on Friday forenoon in TGO Bhavan to discuss the decision of Government on division of 31 districts in the State into 7 (Seven) zones and 2 (Two) multi zones and inform the employees other issues that came up for discussion with CM.
After the meeting their views will be conveyed to the Chief Secretary based on which concerned note will be prepared to the Government on the formation of Zones.
Later Cabinet will meet to consider the proposal and after the Cabinet’s approval to the zonal and multi zonal system it would be forwarded to center for President’s assent.
CM said that he would personally monitor the entire process and will see that the new zonal and multi zonal system comes into effect in Telangana at the earliest.
